The Team
Our team is located worldwide, and most of the time, we are working remotely. Our team members have an independent, productive, and getting-things-done mentality and are eager to achieve their goals to contribute to our Mission. Working online doesn't mean we don't see each other; we have great team events physical meetings once a week, and we are always on and connected.
What will be your role?
We are looking for a talented AE to join our sales team. You will be working remotely and sometimes on-site in our clubhouse in Bussum, The Netherlands. In this role you are responsible for closing new business. Handle inbound and outbound leads and manage the sales cycle from lead qualification to closing. You tailor the demo to the prospect's specific needs, focusing on the features and benefits that solve their pain points. You use the demo to emphasize how the product can improve efficiency, drive revenue, or solve problems for the prospect. During the demo, AEs are skilled at answering questions and handling objections. Your responsibilities are Managing demos, negotiations, preparing proposals, and driving the sale to a close.
We are looking for a "hunter" who is eager to sell and loves to win deals!
Requirements
- You have a strong desire to pursue a career in B2B Project Management and/or PSA SaaS sales and are eager to learn from the best in the business.
- Ability to communicate value clearly and manage negotiations.
- Knowledge of and understanding our target group and the ability to "really" understand what our customers expect from PSOhub is a must.
- You are ambitious and prepared to put in the hours to deliver top-end results for our sales team.
- We expect you to be results-driven and a team player who can also work independently and you love targets.
- Knowledge & Experience in Project Management tools and CRM tools like is a must.
- The ability and willingness to work remotely.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s Degrees in business, marketing, communications, or related fields are commonly preferred.
- A track record of hitting or exceeding quotas.
- Certifications in sales techniques (like from Sandler, Challenger Sales, or HubSpot Sales) can help stand out.
- Understanding of the software or platform being sold, and familiarity with the industry. It is a great advantage if you also have knowledge and experience with the B2B SaaS Project Management or PSA field.
- You have worked in sales roles before.
- English or Dutch is your native language.
- Working in a startup appeals to you. You like to take the initiative, want to show and further develop your sales capabilities, and understand that working in a startup requires flexibility and commitment from both sides.
