Changing your plan can be done at any time. You’re able to upgrade or downgrade your plan and add/ remove users. Note that we offer no refunds for downgrades, changes will be activated on your renewal date. To change your plan, go to the Settings section, and click on the Subscription option. There you’ll find an overview of all the options.
Admin user can access invoices, change payment details, change the subscription plan, and much more through the Settings section.
